Proof was established in 2013, after being awarded Adelaide’s very first small venue license.
The team at Proof has always been driven by the experience of the guest – from the greeting at the door, to the final farewell, and the search for wines of interest both locally and internationally. Our cocktail ethos sees drinks of innovation enjoyed alongside the classics.
Located in Anster Street (the laneway behind Press* Food & Wine). Join us at the bar, or head upstairs for table service at our booths or outdoor terrace..
